We prefer to have all initial contact done via email. This gives us the chance to check our calendars and discuss each appointment before replying and also lets us reply more quickly than with a phone call during the day if it's something simple. Once we get an appointment booked, we'll swap phone numbers in case we need to contact each other while traveling to the shoot.
